New Trader w/ question

Hi all. I am new to the site, a buccos fan, but a collector of complete sets rather than Pirates cards. I do have a question. How exactly does the trading work? Do we list duplicates and needs and trade via mail? Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to The Bench!

You are pretty much right on the mark -- list your wants/needs and what you have for trade. Than work out deals with other members and cards are sent through the mail. Take a look at the FAQ section of the site and that should help guide you in the right direction.

Depending on the length of your want or trade lists, you can include them in a post. Or if they're too long, you can post in your signature a link to the website (i.e., Google sites/spreadsheets, etc.) that includes your lists.

check out the links in my signature to get one sample of what's what. There are many ways to do it, though.
Again, it is just the way I like to set up stuff... you do what makes sense to you and would be clear and easy for a potential trade-partner to understand.

Welcome to The Bench. I keep a spreadsheet on my computer and update that as a master list. Then I copy and paste the spreadsheet into a Bench thread. Check out my signature as I keep all my wants and needs in threads..
