I recently purchased two 2026 Topps Baseball hanger packs from Target. Every card in each pack had damaged corners. Target, of course, refused to take them back because of their policy.

Will Topps replace these packs? And if so, how do I go about doing that?

Thanks,
July

I sent back about 20 cards last year with bent corners. They sent me 4 packs of cards. I sent back Topps Heritage and wanted that in return. But they sent 2 packs of Opening Day, 1 pack of Allen & Ginter, and 1 pack of the flagship product. I didn't want those cards and didn't get anything that I could recover from.

Sounds like it's not worth the postage. On the other hand, the bent cards are worthless to me.

Where do I send them?

Definitely need a Topps account. The process is tedious by design - you have to snap pictures for each individual card and reenter a bunch of data, then wait for it to be approved. I just submitted over 50 cards from 2026 Bowman & Bowman Mega….the QC has gotten very bad.

I just chatted with Topps Customer Service. Yes, I would have to submit a separate claim (with a photo) for each card. And there is no compensation for my cost of packaging and shipping. It's just not worth my time or expense. The cards will be going in the trash and I will think twice about buying Topps cards again. Which is a shame, since I have been a loyal Topps customer since 1970.
