Delete completed threads

How do you delete a thread when you are done with it. I completed what I was working on in that thread and no longer need it posted.

only mods can delete threads but if you edit the body of the thread to say something like "cards are gone mods please close when you get a chance" they will generally lock it so no one can reply and it just falls back.

threads that have posts from other members will not be deleted b/c it will effect post counts .... like Superpieman stated, if ya request for a thread to be closed than it must be done by a moderator ..... that said, what thread would ya like to be closed? - thanks, erik
