I would see why not most likely will be mailed in a PWE with $0.49 postage

I sold a 2014 Topps Debut Hat Logo Patch Jorge Bonifacio for $1.79 w/free shipping with the ebay and PayPal fees netted
about $1.25 then $0.90 for the postage in bubbler so about $0.30 profit-Waited 4 days for payment and got this message
from the buyer

"Hello please wrap in plastic bag as it rains here all the time also don't let my mail man bend it"

So me thinks this person doesn't own a mailbox and there mailman has a problem and bends there mail

I refunded there $1.79 not worth my aggravation

If you go back past the 12 month feedback , he has a very "negative" negative .

I didn't notice it before but its graded which means he should send in a bubble mailer which is $1.93
I guess you'll have to wait and see give it about a week then contact them if you don't receive but
don't be surprised if you get a refund

most likely will say, sorry, i "sent" the card, it must of got lost in the mail by the post office, ill refund your $1.00 back., then relist it in a month or two with a higher starting bid. ive had selelrs do that to me before on ebay. i wonder why the card went for so low? if you do get it, thats a great deal!

that's actually a fairly typical selling price for that card in spite of the grading.....the only other to sell RECENTLY wasn't graded , but was a lot of both the regular card and the black and white short print that sold for the same 99-cent opening bid....with the new seller standards that take effect this week , most casual sellers (ie those who sell less 200 items per year) wouldn't be able to take more than 1 or 2 defaults and if he reneged on the sale all you'd have to do is open a case , leave neutral or negative feedback , or low DSR's to hit him with a default....my thought is that if he is already offering free shipping on low-dollar items , he knows he is below (or very near) the new thresholds and likely needs all the positives and automatic 5-star ratings he can get and for that reason would NOT back out on the sale....

Hey David ,
Yep , it arrived today . It was well packaged too .... in a brown cardboard envelope and that ... in a "big" bubble mailer .
Must have been expensive , tracking as well ......... I almost feel guilty !
......
Funny thing is ... I'm not into graded cards at all !
I was on EBAY , looking around , and remembered that my Bowman Heritage set , through complete ,
had a really bad Phil Hughs that I'd been meaning to replace ... so I thought I'd take a look and see what
was available . Saw this one and thought " what the heck , I can always remove it ". So I bid on it , never expecting to win ...
let alone at the minimum.
I must admit ... "It IS A Nice Looking Card ".
Left VERY positive feedback ,
Ken

Glad to hear you got it......brought a box of leaf 1990 serial II at low price.......after waiting 10 days....contacted the seller and he claimed it get mailed out in error to someone else....and he refunded my money....Best regards, David
