Does anyone use the Beckett App?

i just downloaded the Beckett app, and Have a question. It’s pretty user friendly, but gives broad values (say for one of my cards it says $60.00-$120.00). Is that the low/high BV or is that lowest and highest one has sold or what? have been out of the hobby for a while now and trying to get up to date cause I’ve never used the app.

The BV is just a broad view of what the card could sell at. It all depends on condition of card and what a buyer might pay for it.
If the player on the card is a hot rookie it could go for more than what Beckett BV is.
