I've been catalouging many of my early 90s RC and I always see a Topps version and a Topps Tiffany version. Is there an easy way to tell the difference? To me the pictures on Beckett are the exact same.

And for early 90s, there were only Tiffany sets in 1990 & 1991. And by 1994, ALL the cards were given the annoying front and back glossy coating that made them hard to shuffle.

Tiffany

Wish I could find a 1990 and 1991 Topps/Bowman Tiffany for Biggio...

DaClyde-Actually, I found they made a 2000 something Fleer Tiffany while doing the Biggio Master Checklist.

BiggioDiogu--there was a Fleer Tiffany parallel set in 1996 and 1997

Fleer was just swiping Topps' terminology, so I don't count it. Practically everything post-1994 was Tiffany quality unless, like Fleer did that year, they made a lower quality set so they could make a glossy parallel again.
