Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a large lot of cards on eBay, but when I received the package, it was missing quite a few cards that were posted in the original listing. It says "Returns not accepted" for this seller, so what is my best course of action to get a refund for this?

I've had this. Simple filing of complaint should force a refund if you document. It's filed under item not as listed. Makes it about item not being as described, removing the no refunds part of the equation.
