eBay scammer

I posted this on a different site but I still had to rant a bit so I bought a Ernie banks relic /10 it’s shows up with damage marks from the machine that seals the packs any long time collector will know these marks but I went to the listing and found there touched up every pic showing the marks and now there claiming the photos are not doctored and going off on me for leaving bad review and filing for a return.so let me ask am I wrong or is this some of the worst touch up job and you can clearly see the touch up job cause she is refusing a refund

I agree that the listing doesn't show the markings. Maybe it was bad lighting or touch-ups, or something else. It doesn't really matter. Just file a return not as described. The seller should have disclosed the imperfection regardless. No need to have a verbal back-and-forth. ebay should side in your favor.
