I'm am about to send a card back that appears to have some kind of mark or defect in the slab. Have any of you ever had to return something to BGS? I called and spoke with a rep and she was scatterbrained as hell, so I'm not sure exactly what to do other than use a form like when you send them in to be graded.
I'm wondering if they are expecting me to include money to ship it back even though it's their fault. I'm also wondering if they'll ship it directly back to me even though I piggybacked on 7guns' order.
