Factory damage

I was all excited when I went into one of our local Target stores today. I found a box of 2016 Gypsy Queen, 2016 Bowman, and 2016 Archives all for only $13 each. When I opened the Gypsy Queen box this guy pops out. My question, does Topps replace factory damaged cards? If so, how do I go about it? Any help is appreciated.

They are very good about replacing cards, but Im not sure that applies to last years product. Just give them a call, they will give you instructions on how to send card to them. Im sure they will do something for you.
