Fake Patch Alert?

Was looking for ARod patches and came across this one with no bids. After opening I saw why. Card says 'Game Used Jersey' and is not numbered. According to Beckett the patches in 04 Timeline are #rd/125 and say 'Prime'.

He looks like a good seller though.. look at his feedback and his ratings are all like 4.9.... maybe he don't know if it's real or not... to be honest I wouldnt really know if any of my Zito patches are fake.. lol..
