Watch out for an eBay seller named allhopeisgone1980 also. He has been doing that with these fake Pujols, too. At least I think they are fake, what do you guys think? Here are a couple of examples:

Private Auction...a big red flag.

It appears the holographic sticker has been removed in both cases... telltale sign of a fake.
Look at the residue.
If you call the Topps customer service number they will tell you how to verify the serial number on the cards.

I can name about 5 things wrong with those autos:

1) As established, no Topps cards were in the Bowman product

2) Auto is a little off from the normal Pujols AU

3) Bowman Originals are all shady to be buying to start off with, I only have one and I know it is legit.

4) Wouldn't the sticker be a 1/1 sticker and not a regular one?

5) The Topps sticker placement on the back would not be in that spot. They are always put in a corner, those are in the middle.

I emailed Topps with the information from the holograms and after 3 days they emailed me back. I cant remember what they said exactly since it was about a month ago but it was something like:
'Topps does not hold information on any of its products that is over a year old. For more information try either Beckett or Tuff Stuff'.
Gotta love Topps customer service!

They should hold onto the information for at least 2 years and then they can hit the delete button! : )

Those are fakes..Stay away from the bowman autos on ebay unless you really know your cards because the biggest part of the bowman's are fake.About all of those incase autos you see are fakes as well..scammers are doing that to fool naive buyers.

I am a little ticked off at Topps , I don't get what good the sticker is if you cannot verify the veracity of their products. I agree w/ David they should hold on to them longer !

You would think that Topps would keep a dedicated site for all product information. Such as checklists, SPs and card insert ratio. Does that sound like to much to ask for?
