Fanatics question

Son saw this on fanatics and and purchased 30. Said they were autographed. He called customer service and talked to 2 reps they both confirmed, he taped them saying it. Now they are saying they are not. Thoughts?

You should be entitled to a refund. If you used paypal and play the recording, that should do enough.
