I was looking through inserts to list on my site to trade and came across this card and decided to send it to get signed. It commorates Fernando as being the first Major League pitcher to get a win in Mexico. He pitched 6 shutout innings against the Mets in August 1996 in Monterry, Mx.

I mailed on Feb 14th so you should be getting yours any time. He probably let a few accumalate before he signs.
