So I got a PM asking if I was interested in this card. It was 1:30 am and I just saw Derrick Henry #'d to /15... and it wasn't Topps so I said sure, what you want in return... it's still early in the morning so I may hear back later. Well, I couldn't get back to sleep so I got up, grabbed a DP and did a little more investigating. I did the usual search for Card name and Set and player then used process of elimination with the ser. number to find the card it is. As I was doing this I noticed something.... on the back of the card there was the word "SWIRL" obscurely placed. I thought, surely they aren't putting the names of the parallels on the cards now... that would be way too obvious of a concept!! To my surprise there IS a parallel called "Swirl" listed on Beckett along with the other 16 parallels of this particular card. It's way too early to tell, but I'm so daggum happy they finally did this! Guessing what card you have was one of the biggest annoyances in collecting modern cards... is it Starburst? Cosmic? Nuclear??? This simple fix should help everyone in the hobby! Especially buyers/sellers! There have been 2 incidents I've bought Yellow parallels thinking they were Gold... This is the first I've seen with the parallel on the card, so I'm anxious to see what the companies are going to list. Ahhhh progress......
