2011 was very slow for me... but I'm planning on 2012 to be a big year TTM-wise.

Got my first TTM of the year back... Jim Lyttle signed a card for me.

I also got some ebay stuff... Larry Jaster, Donn Clendenon and Gene Mauch cards.

Got these autos too, Terry Enyart, P-Nuts Lowrey, Dick Radatz and Jim Bragan that I will turn into custom cut cards (mockups below, works in progress)

Those are some sweet successes! I love the Mauch and Clendenon. However, I must admit every time I see a Clendenon card I think about the trade between Houston and Montreal that was supposed to send Rusty Staub to Montreal and Clendenon and Jesus Alou to the Astros. However, threatened to retire before accepting a trade to Houston because he didn't want to play for Harry Walker again. Instead of negating the trade, Bowie Kuhn made Houston accept Jack Billingham instead. Ummmm, the Astros made the trade for Clendenon because they were looking for a bat with pop not another arm. The 'stros actually had a pretty strong young pitching staff at the time. While Billingham turned out to be a pretty good pitcher in his own right, he really didn't get a chance to shine until he went to the Reds in the Morgan deal. I always wondered what Clendenon would have done in Houston. He was, however, pretty amazing in 1969 for the Mets.
