I have bought from them in the past, now that I see their feedback, not sure I will again. Apparently they like to list items they don't have in stock, then offer no recourse but refund. No communication apparently. I understand when you sell thousands of cards, some may get misplaced, they do it way more then "some". Luckily for them people left nuetrals most of the time and not negative.
