friend knows i like sports stuff. and got this book for a 1.00 @ a yard sale. the pages are mint and all i can say is WOW! it shows EVERY card 1886-1956 great book! if u see it i suggest getting it if your a vintage guy. heres onme i found on ebay so u get the jist of the pictures. its a BIG book. 11x14

Nice find. I picked up a copy of The American Premium Guide To Baseball Cards by Ron Erbe for 10 cents at to yearly library sale. Not the nice color pictures like yours, it does list all the cards from 1880-1981 with a B\W picture. These books are nice to have around to get info on vintage cards.

Great find. Those books can be up to $40 or more when you find them, like the Topps books that are similar. I have that one myself and I know it cost me much more than that!

Mine was published in 1983 and gives more info on the cards than prices. It does give a price on a few of the higher end cards from each set. Would be interested to compare the prices if listed ion these.
