Getting A Trade Cancelled

Trade was posted but, before confirmed, it was re-worked.
I request cancellation ( a week or more ago) as did other party (a few days ago).
Trade still appears in my TM.
Who do I contact to get this resolved?

Hi Frank,

If you could go into the trade and request cancellation, we will get a notification. One of the MODs will confirm with both traders and then close it out. Please give it a little time as we get to these as best as we can.
