Give me ONE GOOD REASON why this set is worth more than any other 71 Topps set

Besides the stated reason, which should not add one penny of value to this item. How could one prove that a set was owned by anyone, unless all of the cards were serialized and registered?

I think you can get a decent set for well under $2K...BUT, own Charlie Sheen's set and pay more than 3X that! WHAT A DEAL!!!
