Rules are simple, pick one of the dates below when you think Rivera will get his 602nd save. No editing, one guess per person and only one person can pick each date. There will be two prizes, a grand prize for the 602nd save, and a smaller prize for the 600th save. I will stop taking entries Saturday at noon, or sooner if all the choices are filled up. Because there are very few games left in the season, only those members with over 250 Bench Points can play this time. Wish I could have more people enter, I usually like to start these contests earlier around the ASG, but this time I am behind. Sorry folks.

Why Mendoza? Well, Mariano was just an average pitcher, until he accidentally discovered his cutter one day while playing catch with Mendoza and as they say, the rest was history. Sounds very much like a superhero origin story lol but it's true. Mendoza was a clutch pitcher for the Yankees, and retired with 5 World Series rings (4x NYY, 1x BOS). He doesn't have any certified autos so this is the next best thing.
