Has anyone ever tried collecting a complete run of all the regular issue topps card of a player signed/autographed? ex;every single topps regular issue card of frank thomas signed? i was thinking of doing that with a couple of players.

Im working on it with Roy Sievers. They are on my site. Im getting pretty close to all the regular issue cards and then Ill star chasing oddballs like Post etc.

I have all of the Craig Counsell Brewers cards - working on the Diamondbacks and Marlins now.

I may have some shorter career guys done, but the longest career guy I think I completed was Claude Osteen. I have all of his 1959-1976 Topps cards signed, including 72 IA and the 74 Traded cards. There was one year, 61 I believe, where he didn't have a card either.

Garvey is complete as well with base Topps cards and most, if not all, of the Fleer and Donruss cards too, not to mention a pile of oddball.

Not sure why, but I have a lot of the 74-80 runs complete for players. I like that era I guess.
