Help!! Nestling tables into post

My Tradelist is in Excel. Don't get hung up on that. When trying to cut and paste I get three results.
1. Cuts and Pastes the image. (Great for small selections)
2. Embeds text as plain, fields seperated by a space. (Hard to read)
3. Nestles as a table. (Preferred method as it is easy to read)

I would prefer #3, but get random results and can't seem to purposely achieve #3. Are the desired results prevented by browser choice? By Excel on computer vs Web App? Thanks in advance. Chris

Chris,

The easiest way I know of to copy and paste is this; to copy the spreadsheet, hi-lite the desired section and press ctrl c. Then go to your destination and press ctrl shift v. I hope this help. Otherwise I don't know if I understood your question.
