Help Posting Photo's,please Help!!

:confusedHELLO,i am no rookie here on the bench i have been away for awhile fighting an illness ,i am a hof trader/seller,buyer,but its been several years since i have posted a photo of a card on a thread and it seems i have forgot the sequence of things to do it, can or will anybody please private message me the sequence to post a photo so i can get started again i'm sure a brief summery will spark my memory,THANK YOU
