HELP - Topps 65th Anniversary - Ichiro

Need some help on the subject card. I have a copy of a 2002 Topps Ichiro card
that has a "65th Anniversary Topps" stamped on the front of the card in silver.
I found the set listed on on Beckett's but this card is not a part of that set.
Does anyone know what I have and it's value??

From beckett. don't know print runs on Silver.
