bill terry is a clubhouse as it looks much different than it should in my opinion

They are vintage signatures from the 30s and a lot of players signatures changed over time. That might have been an early example of Terry before he signed the common way you see more
now.

What do you need ID? It looks like most players signed on their pictures. Based on McCarthy in a Brooklyn uniform, it's likely from the 1936 team.

Yes, Trainer "Doc" Schaeffer is in the lower left corner.

Snyder was a coach, the rest appear to be active players as best I can tell from the scan.

I wouldn't mind finding an Alfred Smith for the AS collection or Joseph McCarthy for my Brooklyn collection.

i figured 30's just wasnt sure where.. i am pretty sure the guy in the lower right is a trainer
