nope it is the coorrect size
I knew that, I meant that the border is usually has more waves to it. That one seems a bit smoother to me.

Check near the bottom of the post, they have a scan of the Curt Flood card and it has a very similar border. The 2003 Standard Catalog even uses the Powell card as the image for the 1969 O-Pee-Chee Deckle set listing.
yup that woul;d explain the blank backs
