Hockey card team sets

Looking to buy a hockey team set of the Blackhawks, which set offers the most cards? I want a set that has ALL the players, I was thinking Upper Deck or OPC?

Any suggestions?

OPC has 30 cards, UD only has 15...I guess it's OPC...

I hope so...I'd rather see them win against the Flyers than Montreal...
