Also that what happens when you start bidding so high, people scared to bid, as prices move by full $1's after $25, they'd rather fight it out low, and then leave it for snipers in end. Ebay is a funny thing, and writing the proper title can make or break you.

This was a BUY IT NOW sale. Seller listed at Dec-30-10 11:15:30 PST and it sold just 6 hours later at 17:13:25. Because of the bad title and whatnot the buyer easily could have been the first person to see it, and as you say he scooped it up.
