now that the 2011 baseball off season is over, how do the off seasons affect your card collecting? What do you do with card collecting in the off season? for me, i use the time to organize my cards.

Yeah, there is enough new product out to keep it going. I do tend to dip into some of the other sports a bit more, though.

No change for me. I do spend more time with my cards in the off season because I am not spending 8 - 12 hours a week - simultaneously with other things of course - watching games.

I think my card collecting habits actually pick up in the off season for a couple of reasons. My busiest times at work correspond with the baseball season. With the decrease in the amount of daylight hours in the fall and winter, I have more "inside time" to spend on the computer.

My $.02,
Marvin

I use the time to work on my harder sets (timeless treasures gold set) and track down the YSL from The Bench's want list. I also try to organize my baseball cards. Best regards, David
