Dazzy Vance, HOF pitcher for the Dodgers in the 20s. The Nolan Ryan of his day, Vance lead the league in Ks 7 straight years and added 3 era titles and a pair of W leads as well. In 1924, he won the pitching Triple Crown and MVP of the league. His is still 59th in all time Ks career with 2045 in 16 seasons.

He died in 1961, making this 1960 Fleer one of the tougher cards to find signed as well.

Oh, and I got this at the same time. This is another elusive AS roster member to check off the list! Paul Derringer. 6 time AS pitcher for the Reds in the 30s and 40s. This 4 time 20 game winner never lead the league in wins, but curiously lead the league in losses once with 27!
