Nope, just marketed as a normal stub. It was 39.99 obo and I offered 10 and won!
I just noticed Mookie debuted exactly a year before Ryno did with the Phils (which also happens to be my birthday).

Nice! Sandberg played here in Helena for the then Helena Phillies (Brewers now). That photo that you see on all Phillies Sandberg cards has been edited to show the Phillies "P" on the front of his hat, here is what it should look like:
