I am needing one common to finish out my 1994 Topps set, so I'm looking to pick up one. It's #56T (Stephen Larkin RC). I see them on eBay listed for like $8, and I'm not paying that for a 25-cent common nobody. I actually bought a Topps Traded Rangers team set off eBay to get it, and that card was not included for some reason. So, looking for other options. Who has one? And what do you need for it? No graded. Raw only. Thanks for your help.

1994 Topps Traded #56T also has Jason Schmidt on it. That card books for 10.00 (which is probably why you see a price of 8.00).

I saw the original post and was wondering why that card was so pricey myself . I looked it up on Ebay and sure enough it was. Looking at Jason Schmidt's stats, I still am mystified at that BV. His stats appear to be that of a common card to me.

I'll checkmy dups but I doubt I have one. I don't recall coming across too many loose 1994 Traded dups over the years (decades!)

Because some yahoo listed it for $8, and it sold. Now everyone thinks it's worth $8. It's not. It's still a common card because Jason Schmidt didn't really do anything in his big league career. He had 130 wins, and that's it (I know, it's more than me, but in the grand scheme, 130 isn't that many).

And like I said, I bought a Traded Rangers team set. And of course, the idiot seller left it out of the team set.

There is only one of these cards on Sportlots right now and it is listed at 10.02 and 1.75 for shipping. And there is only one listed on COMC for 6.25 but they usually charge like 5.00 for shipping.
