Ian Snell Donruss Signature Auto Help

I have this Snell auto from 2005 Donruss Signature. It is certainly not his auto. What do you think it says? I read "Take 1 Oquendo", but I doubt that is what it says. LMK what you think.

"Snell's father left him at a young age and he changed his name from Ian Oquendo (his father's last name) to Snell, his mother's name. Snell only spoke to his birth father once (as of June 2009) and that was via telephone."

Hi Barry:
Ian Snell "Oquendo" pitched for PR in the last World Baseball Classic. His stepfather is from PR. It was a relatively big controversy when this situation came up, as it wasn't very clear on who could and could not represent the different countries in the WBC. I have 4 of his cert. autos; 3 of them he signed "Oquendo" and one of them is "Snell".

Brings back memories of old card forum debates. I'm actually still not 100% clear on what the circumstances were of the name change. Some places claim it's his mother's name, others claim it's actually his wife's last name. Interesting regardless
