Monday Jorge De La Rosa was rehabbing in modesto. He's a tough one! He said after he was done which I expected. It was just me and my friend who wanted to get him. He came out during the game with ice on his arm, he said after he takes the ice off. He goes back in, and 20 min later comes out, gets on phone, goes back into the clubhouse. He finally comes out in street clothes and I hand him 4 cards, he signed 2 and skipped the royals one. Must not like that organization. Oropesa liked the aflac poster. If anyone is interested I have a boatload of unsigned posters from the 2007 AFLAC game. Hosmer is on them.
Tuesday was my only chance at getting Iowa this year. The team is good at signing, but Vitters is a strict 2 per, Lopez & Tolbert 3, and Rizzo, Jackson, and Amezega 1 per. Nate Robertson said it was my lucky day and that he had never signed so many cards for just one guy. I let him keep 4 or 5 of his favorite ones. Randy Wells was also cool.
