Tonight there was a celebration for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats winning the Eastern League Championship at their ballpark in Manchester. Sal Fasano was on hand mingling with the fans. He is one of the most down-to-earth current or former major leaguers I have met.

I brought all my Sal Fasano cards tonight hoping for success. I pulled out two and asked if he could sign one for my son and one for me. After doing so, he saw the other cards I brought and asked, "Want me to sign the rest of those?" And he did. Also added a personalization to my son's card. (I let Andrew choose any of the cards for the personalization and he chooses the #'d/150 card. LOL No big deal but I found that amusing.)

The 2006 Topps and the 2011 Fisher Cats cards are for trade for autographs from the sets in my signature profile.

I got him in 2000 something...can;t remember the exact year but he was with the durham bulls and he was an awesome guy then too...congrats!

Nice man...Jimmy Jones did the same thing for me a few weeks ago. We were just talking and he asked if I had anything else and I pulled out another stack, lol.
