Is Peyton Manning really signing again?

I sent a few weeks ago and got a failure...he sent back a pre print photo. Now on SCN I see some people getting successes only a few weeks after I got my failure and am wondering if he has started to sign again?
I am definitely thinking of trying again, but I would really like some results.
Should I send a donation and if so how much? Seems like every player who is a bigger name player that starts to sign I mail to and never get any results...only Shaq came back out of the bigger names I sent to...still waiting on these

My point is that I really want to start getting some bigger name players to sign for me and maybe you guys have some secrets? I've been collecting TTM for about 10 years now and still never seem to get the bigger names but always get excited and try try again!

from what i experienced,
-fernando is easy, send to the dodgers he only signs 1, i got him about 5 seperate times
-will clark sent to the giants got him twice
-mcgwire from what i seen he only signs during spring training, i got him there
- o'neill send to the yankees, i got him there

thats just it though, I did send to all of them to those addresses and nothing and I don't understand why

It's all about timing. I have recieved from all of them and there is no rhyme or reason to it. I even got Yogi. Go figure. I had to send multiple times to get alot of them. Funny you should ask about Peyton. I got one back yesterday (2nd one) that I sent out in March. Be patient and send multiple times and nice letters do not hurt.

I guess the trick is multiple times...I do write nice letters and hand write all of them and make them personal so I know its not the letters...timing seems like its always hit or miss...I'll just have to send multiple times and try my luck I guess...Peyton will be hearing from me again soon

It really is timing, sometimes I had to send to a guy 2-3 times before I got a success. Nomar has been great c/o ESPN, and I got Peyton recently.
