Is this an uncorrected error?

I have a 2008 Allen Ginters Mini Black Border card #207 of Yuniesky Betancourt; however, on the back of the card his last name is spelled Bentancourt rather than Betancourt. Is this an uncorrected printing error?

Right, all the mini's were printed that way too. Also, 196 E. Renteria was never corrected - the typeface on that one is different from everyone else in the set, although that was only on his mini's.
