Paid 12 bucks which was a steal if you ask me cause I've seen the 2 of the ones /10 and they wanted $145 and $185

Not bad for 1 pack of '19 chrome update I grabbed at the LCS today on a whim (of course you don't hear about the other packs I buy that have hot garbage

Wow I'd love to hear that story sometime! Great card, good one to sit on for awhile for sure (if not forever).
I'll add my mail day #2 additions, nothing near so valuable but the end of my spending for July.
Well the story is this:
I bought in to a jabs family break of museum collection for 1 pack (mini box) to spice up an afternoon of working from home. Boxes have 4 packs, w/ 2 autos. I randomly got the 3rd pack but 2 autos were already pulled, so I was bummed... but then my pack had this 1/1 ozzie albies jersey patch, which was cooler than the autos, and so I felt a little lucky... this was on a Friday, so I entered the next night's saturday showdown - just one mini box again - where the lowest numbered card wins the entire case... and that 1/1 booklet came up in my spot, and won me a case of museum collection (pictured in the white box above in this thread. two 1/1s in consecutive breaks. never won anything more than $20 before in anything (scratch off, lottery, breaks, etc). not sure whether to retire or keep riding the hot streak. haven't entered a break since.
PS - the inception eloy is pretty cool. the sox have so many good young players. fun team. I am rooting for them.

That is awesome! I do a few breaks here and there... buy more boxes myself. That's definitely an amazing run, once in a lifetime kind of thing. Really happy for you!
Yep I've been a white sox fan since I met frank thomas as a kid at baseball camp. After he retired and I felt they really mismanaged the team I was only marginally interested, but this new youth infusion has brought me back into the fold (and the hobby even). I'm really glad for Tim and Jose to get this chance at a title after suffering through some awful teams in the last decade. But c'est la vie
