And away we go...Hit Streak July 2016 is underway. We have 12 participants with 3 sidebet participants, big down turn from June - hopefully more folks will get interested for the last couple months of the season..

One Strike - david k.*, anglinomics, quota

No Strikes - none

First pitch is today at 1:07pm, please have picks posted by than. We watch one more head back to the dugout on Friday. No more entries for the month.

For the DH - you must have a pick entered for that day to qualify for the DH to work.

If we make it to the All Star Break - we will put the contest on hold until games resume at the end of the week.

Only lost one over the weekend - down to the final 6. One remaining with a single strike, all others just a pick away from the walk back to the dugout. Game will resume on Friday the 15th, once the All Star Break is over.

You can just change the dates on the guys you already have listed, or you can put completely new players in, as long as they are updated prior to first pitch on Friday.

Sorry or the absence, did a conference for work and than some vacation time back to back. My golf swing was all messed up, needed some serious time focusing on it!!

Congrats to Anglinomics who outlasted everyone by going 13 straight picks without a miss after taking a strike on Day 1. Hope to see everyone again in a week or so for the August version!

I lasted until August 27 before I got 3 strikes. 23 days after taking out the all-star break. Thanks for the contest.
