Leon used to be a reliable signer through the mail a few years back. He's cut back considerably and his most recent return is 8/2018... he has been the coach of the Louisville Bats, which is your neighborhood.
Also, Under the Radar Sports Promotions in association with Past Pros is having a mail-in signing with him on 9/25. Here is the info:
