Lets hear your 2024 collecting goals!!

It is December 12th and tonight I completed my two major goals for 2024.

A couple months back I bought a nice Tom Seaver auto and tonight I purchased A nice Bryce Harper auto.
I also added a nice Rickey Henderson auto this year that wasnt on my goals list but should have been.

Update: It is Dec. 31st and Ebay just refunded my purchase for the Harper auto. Dang it.

Same as every year -- organize. ultimate goal being to eliminate everything that isn't part of my PC through either sale or trade.

Set building - continue to knock out sets that I have started (down to 3 right now - 2017 Walmart Holiday, 2023 Topps Big League, 2019-20 Donruss Basketball).

Vintage Set Building - continue to work towards the goal of every Topps set from 1969-present. If I can knock out 1973, 1974 & 1975 this year, that would be nice. And start knocking down the numbers needed on 1969-1972, that would be a fantastic bonus.

For my son - a Harper auto. a Judge auto. a Bohm auto. a Bichette auto.

Looking back on what I was hoping would happen v. what actually happened. Made progress, but only knocked out my 1974 & 1975 sets. Everything else is still waiting to be addressed.

I think a Hank Aaron auto should be in my future this year!

Complete all of my current refractor sets and pick up at least 1 new Pujols RC or autograph.

I was able to finish off my 2022 Stadium Club Chrome Refractor and 2023 Topps Chrome Pink Refractor sets so I came up a bit short. No new Pujols autographs but I did pick up a 2001 Absolute Memorabilia Pujols RC and a 2001 Topps Traded Bat so that kinda counts.

2006 finest moment 1/1 mantle cards. There are 140 of them

Found the 2 in February. Thought I’d have some promise of getting past my goal. Stuck at 2. Boo! I’m happy with obtaining the two though!
