Here to help out if possible, but feel free to ignore me if you would prefer. Generally, most people on this site trade by Book Value (BV) typically referenced by Beckett online price guides. I'm not sure what the dollar amounts you have listed after your cards you have for trade mean, but they are much lower than the actual book values for a majority (if not all) of these cards. If Bench members are then listing out the cards they have to send you back in BV, you're ending up sending out much more value than you're getting in return.

For example, this card has a BV of $10:

I'm going to give all Benchwarmers the benefit of the doubt and assume they didn't notice this.
