in West Virginia at the programs put on in Schools throughout the state in 89
Most are gone or probably in bad condition as I was told, that took a card,
put them in their pockets...maybe bent or put in a bicycle spoke..?? I was told
that they issued some 5,000 to be given put in 4 diff state with a similar program.
My wife did the program in West Virginia and she got some 1,000 cards..at the
end, she had 9 cards remaining. I have sold 4 since then, kept 1 & have 4 left.
