What is a spring training consignment?

I am wondering because I wrote McClure in 2014 spring training and never heard back.

Good luck on the 1974s. I am working on building (not graphing) that set myself right now.

Dan,
A consignment is when somebody who was going to the spring training games or practices and will take the cards there for a fee. The McClure's cost me $5 each and the Raines cost $12 each. Them guys never sign thru the mail and I needed them for sets.
