Chief on the 2000 Skybox Impact #137 does not exist. It is only a 199 card set. Unfortunately the last card you need #27 is Tom Brady's RC.

It seems like someone should have the 2000 Topps cards you need since they are all common or minor star rookie cards (Dez White, Chad Pennington, Joe Hamilton and Chris Redman), I don't think I have any of those 4 but I'll double check just in case I do.
