Need help identifying 2 G Brett cards, one RC ?

Can anyone help with actual identification of these two cards. I've found pictures of the metal card but no idea "what " it is or if it has any value. I've also found a couple of pictures of the other card. It has 1975 as the date for the card. Is this a RC and does it have any special value? Thanks! (scratches are on the top loaders)

I was thinking the bottom one might be a 1975 sspc george brett due to it's similar formatting, but it's not. I'm going to say that you have two unlicensed oddball cards that don't carry a lot of value except to some die hard Brett collector....
