Need help identifying a card....

It's from 96 Collector's Choice. But, the silver Padres logo on the bottom right corner of the front of the card is throwing me off. I have the regular version without it. The Silver Signature version should actually have Gwynn's signature in silver, correct?

So, what is this?

Any help is appreciated!

This is the silver signature series as the TEAM cards came with the "Team Name" instead of the name of the player shown on the front.

OK. I thought the Silver Signature ones were with a copy of the players actual signature on the front. Oh well. Live and learn! LOL!

If it had been a base card, if would have had Gwynn's signature on the front, but because it's a team checklist, it doesn't.
