Matt,
The card is encased in some sort of frame-The card inside is real..on the back its a piedmont "blue" has 350 subjects on the reverse also

The Topps 206 from a few years ago had it where you could pull actual T206 cards from long ago, that is what you have. It is encased for the cards protection, best to leave it like that I suppose. From what I can tell Rudolph only has one version so all his will say Piedmont on the back in blue.
