Need help identifying cards

I bought a few lots today and they had a scan of the nine cards I bought in each auction. The only problem is the scan is HORRIBLE. I made most of them out but could not make some of them out. If someone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

The top and bottom are 2004 SP Authentic. The middle is 2000 Upper Deck Strike Force.
